Yes. To secure your booking for our services and save the date, we ask for a 20% of total cost as non-refundable deposit for all of our wedding film & photo collections.

The deposit is paid when the contract is signed, with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your big day.

We are based in Koforidua, but are up for pretty much travelling anywhere!

We will travel anywhere within the Eastern Region free of charge.

Weddings outside of the Eastern Region may be subject to a $50 for an overnight stay.

We are happy to film abroad, subject to additional charges, please contact us for a quotation.

Any additional travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For weddings, we deliver the photos in a rolling manner* within 72 hours after the last day of the wedding program.

The Wedding Film will take up to 2 weeks.

For corporate events and or other programs, the timelines for both photos and videos may vary depending on the scope of tasks involved.

*Rolling manner means, as and when the photos are processed, we will be sharing them with you, as opposed to finishing all the photos before sharing.

Yes. The studio is in Koforidua.

 Our pricing reflects the high-quality service we offer, encompassing top-tier equipment, a skilled team for capturing and editing, time-intensive editing, logistical support, personalized services tailored to your style, and a commitment to delivering a meaningful and beautifully crafted wedding video.

For example, it may take between 30-40 hours to put together a high-quality and cinematic wedding video.

Ha! Each program we cover vary in terms of deliverables and results expected, so there’s no one-size-fits-all setup. 

Depending on the scope of the event, and what needs to be captured, we plan and prepare accordingly, and if necessary, hire extra qualified assistants or equipment.
